Privacy Notice

1. Data controller, representative and data protection officer

• Representative: the controller herself, Mónica Lili Ullauri Toral, with the same contact details.
• Data protection officer (DPO): no separate officer has been appointed; the controller handles data protection enquiries and requests directly at info@nexisp.net.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone and the message you send us.
• Sign-up and free trial: the data you enter to create your account (name, company, email, phone).
• Technical data: IP address and browser data that every web server receives to display the page and protect it from abuse.
• Visit log for verification and security: IP address, approximate location (country and city) derived from the IP with our own database, pages viewed, referring site, button clicks, time on site, operating system, browser and device type. It is used only to verify access to the site and detect abuse; it is not shared with anyone and only the system owner has access.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

• To answer your enquiries and demo requests (your request and consent).
• To create and manage your account and provide the contracted service (performance of a contract).
• To keep the site running and secure (legitimate interest).
• Visit log for site verification and security (legitimate interest; you can object by writing to info@nexisp.net).

4. How long we keep it

Only for as long as each purpose requires and as the law demands. You can ask for deletion at any time.

5. Third parties with access to your data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising; it is restricted-access information. To display the site we use these providers, which receive your IP and browser data when loading their resources:

• Google Fonts (Google LLC): site fonts.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.): icons (Font Awesome).
• jsDelivr (Prospect One / Volentio JSD): Bootstrap library (page styles and functions).
• WhatsApp (WhatsApp LLC / Meta): only if you use the WhatsApp button, which opens a chat on their service.
• Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.): only if you follow the link to our Facebook page.
• Google Gemini API (Google LLC): the site's chat assistant sends Google the messages you type to generate the reply. As the free service is used, Google may use them to improve its products: do not type sensitive personal data in the chat.
• Contabo GmbH: server hosting provider (Germany), where the site's data is stored.

Some of these providers may process data outside Ecuador under their own policies and safeguards.

We do not use social plugins ("like" or "share" buttons) or social login (such as Facebook Connect). The WhatsApp and Facebook links send no data until you press them.

6. Forms, chat assistant, communications and statistics

• Contact form: we use your data only to answer your enquiry; we do not add it to advertising lists.
• Sign-up and free trial: your data is used to create and manage your account and send you the necessary service emails (verification, credentials and account notices).
• Chat assistant: conversations are stored on our server to handle your enquiry and are processed with Google Gemini, as stated in section 5.
• Commercial communications: we do not send advertising or newsletters without your prior consent; if you give it, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@nexisp.net.
• Internal statistics: the visit log described in section 2, used exclusively by the controller.
• Consent records: we keep as proof each decision you make in the cookie banner (your choice, date and time, policy version, language, browser and IP truncated without its last number), with an anonymous identifier. You can see that code and download your receipt in "Cookie settings"; if you write to us through the contact form or sign up, we link it to your email so we can handle any query or complaint.
• Withdrawing consent: you can do so at any time, without affecting prior processing, with the cookie button, the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or by writing to info@nexisp.net.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and restriction (Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR), and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@nexisp.net. You may also lodge a complaint with Ecuador's Superintendency of Personal Data Protection or your local authority.

8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

We may collect identifiers (name, email, phone, IP), browsing and site interaction information and approximate location, for the purposes above. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. You can request to know, correct or delete your data at info@nexisp.net, without discrimination. Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer to turn off everything optional.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access and backups).

10. Changes

We may update this notice; the current version is the one published on this site.
